Responsibilities
* Main Mission:
* Provide administrative and organizational support to the management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective coordination of activities in an international environment.
* Responsibilities:
* Administrative management: Prepare, draft, and translate documents, correspondence, and presentations in French and English. Organize and maintain physical and digital files.Coordination and communication: Act as a point of contact between management, internal teams, and external partners. Manage calls, emails, and multilingual correspondence
* Calendar management: Schedule and monitor appointments, meetings, and business trips. Anticipate logistical needs (bookings, transportation, accommodation)
* Event and visit organization: Handle bookings, transportation, and agenda planning
* Project support: Contribute to the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations. Ensure follow-up on actions and deadlines
* Confidentiality and discretion: Ensure the confidentiality of strategic information
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Executive/Management Assistance or proven equivalent experience
* Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
* Language skills: Full professional proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (spoken and written)
* Technical skills: Excellent command of office tools (Microsoft 365)
* Knowledge of collaborative and management tools: SharePoint, ERP systems
* Personal qualities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priorities. Discretion, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Additional assets: Experience in project management or HR/Finance support. Knowledge of a fourth language (e.g. German) is a plus
