Who are you in our On IT story?


We are looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative for our Machelen office who gets energy from customer contact, follow-up and sales. You will manage a fixed customer portfolio, process requests and actively contribute to commercial campaigns. Work in an ambitious team where customer focus and results go hand in hand. Responsibilities


Customer management & customer service

* Manage an established customer portfolio as part of a team (± 700 customers)
* Follow up and respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
* Maintain customer relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction and continuity
* Answering basic technical questions or referring to the appropriate contact person

Commercial follow-up & sales

* Actively approach customers by phone during marketing and sales campaigns
* Identify commercial opportunities within the customer base
* Preparing and sending out mail campaigns with a commercial angle
* Preparation of standard quotations and sending them to customers
* Follow up on issued offers and close sales
* Recording customer interactions in the CRM system

Administration & reporting

* Accurate recording of contact moments and feedback in the CRM
* Follow up on open quotes and actions via structured reports
* Collaborate with colleagues from other departments for correct customer solutions


Qualifications


Education & Experience

* Demonstrated experience in a commercial role, such as inside sales, customer service or inside sales
* Accustomed to independently managing clients and coordinating actions
* Diploma or specific training is not required, practical experience prevails

Commercial and communication skills

* Strong oral and written communication
* Persuasive in conversation, with a sense of customer focus
* Familiar with telephone sales and follow-up
* Results-oriented, with an eye for commercial opportunities
* Accurate and reliable in following up on appointments and quotations

Technical affinity

* General knowledge of IT and digital environments
* Understanding of IT in the broad sense, sufficient to post or refer customer inquiries to the appropriate internal contact person
* Willingness to continue learning IT-related solutions

Languages

* Excellent command of Dutch
* Good knowledge of French is a plus
