Global Health Economic Evidence Lead

Required Skills
* Extensive experience in health economics, health technology assessment (HTA), or relevant analytics roles
* Strong expertise in developing and communicating health economic models and evidence
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects independently
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively
* Proficiency with health economic modeling tools and software (e.g., Excel, R, TreeAge, etc.)
Nice To Have Skills
* Prior experience working in global or multinational healthcare organizations
* Knowledge of payer and regulatory decision-making processes across different regions
* Familiarity with emerging health economic methodologies and early innovation assessment
* Fluency in additional languages beyond English
Preferred Education And Experience
* Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, or related field
* At least 5 years of progressive experience in health economic evidence generation and strategic advising
Other Requirements
* Ability to work remotely within Europe, excluding candidates from the UK, Germany, or Netherlands
* Own a reliable laptop compatible with VDI requirements, as equipment will not be provided
