Job Description

Business Development

Identify new market opportunities through analysis, trend detection and competitive insights.
Propose and execute growth strategies tailored to the region.
Work closely with product teams to launch and promote new solutions aligned with customer needs.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain regular and personalized follow-up with existing clients.
Conduct frequent field visits to understand customer requirements and strengthen loyalty.
Deliver presentations and lead meetings to promote the company's products and services.

Tender Management

Identify relevant RFPs and coordinate submissions together with internal teams.
Collaborate with a dedicated expert for administrative and legal aspects of tender responses.
Monitor submissions, negotiations and follow-up to maximize win rates.

The Successful Applicant

Languages

French and Dutch speaking
Good command of English

Experience & Skills

Experience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plus.
Strong in both hunting (prospection) and farming (account management).
Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset and strong results orientation.
