* Build and grow a portfolio of HNW clients (entrepreneurs, families, investors) across Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven or Hasselt
* Prospect proactively: convert marketing-generated leads, network, and perform selective cold outreach
* Advise & manage client assets via Discretionary and Advisory setups, aligning risk, goals, and tax context
* Translate house views into client-specific allocations; explain strategy, performance drivers, and rebalancing
* Select funds across top managers (not just in-house) to deliver efficient, transparent portfolios
* Run compliant processes: KYC/AML, MiFID II suitability, documentation, pipeline tracking in CRM
* Close the loop: prepare proposals, host first meetings, and ensure smooth onboarding with central team

* Hunter mindset with 2-10 years' experience in investments/retail/private banking; proven new-business wins
* Commercial & entrepreneurial: thrives in a scale-up with lean hierarchies and hands-on execution
* Client-centric communicator: credible with business owners and affluent families; excellent presentation & grooming
* Languages: Dutch (native/near-native) + good English and French
* Markets-savvy & IQ-driven: can simplify macro views, asset allocation, funds & fees
* Regulatory: MiFID II knowledge; spotless ethics and integrity
* Digital-first: comfortable using modern wealth tools, remote/video meetings, and CRM discipline
