We are hiring Sharepoint Developer with Power Platform experience in Brussels. Work mode is Hybrid. This would be a freelance/contractual role (6 months extendable) with one of the top tier 1 client. Please note we are hiring only immediate to 30 days joiners who are currently in Belgium.
Job Role:
SharePoint Intranet Development & Maintenance
· Design, develop, and maintain the corporate intranet on SharePoint Online
· Ensure performance, security, usability, and long-term maintainability of SharePoint solutions
· Support and maintain SharePoint On-Premise environments where required
· Contribute to intranet architecture, information structure, and content governance
SPFx & Custom Development
· Develop custom components and extensions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
· Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems
· Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance with internal standards
Power Platform Development & Standards
· Design and develop applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
· Design and implement workflows using Power Automate
· Define and maintain development standards, best practices, and reusable components for the Power Platform
· Support and optimize existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows
Power Platform Vision & Adoption
· Define a clear vision for the usage of the Power Platform within the organization
· Contribute to governance models (environments, security, lifecycle management)
· Promote reuse, standardization, and citizen development within a controlled framework
· Support adoption through guidelines, documentation, and collaboration with stakeholders
Collaboration & Governance
· Act as a technical reference for SharePoint and Power Platform topics
· Collaborate with IT, communication, and business teams
· Ensure alignment with Microsoft 365 strategy, security policies, and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
· Strong expertise in SharePoint Online
· Proven experience with SharePoint On-Premise
· Hands-on development experience with SPFx (TypeScript, React, modern web practices)
· Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
· Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and integration patterns
Methodology & Quality
· Ability to define and enforce standards, best practices, and governance models
· Experience in maintaining enterprise-grade solutions
· Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing mindset
Soft Skills
· Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* You are open to work on Hybrid mode ( 3 days a week onsite/work from office in Frankfurt, Germany )
* Your daily rate will be EUR 360 per working day
* You are available to join immediately if required
