In this role, you will strengthen Safety & Health governance across Toyota Motor Europe by supporting manufacturing and supply chain sites with preventive safety initiatives, audits, and regional projects. You will work from a corporate perspective to align sites, reduce risks, respond to incidents, and ensure that safety standards are consistently applied across the region.

Responsibilities
* Lead regional strategic Ergonomic improvement activity
* Review and standardize regional Ergonomic data collection, analysis, reporting and visualisation
* Regional Any Member Any Process (AMAP) Capex budget governance and associated utilisation
* Project manage AMAP Digitalisation Project and assure full regional deployment through Manufacturing & Supply Chain Business Units
* Lead topics from Mid-Term Regional Safety & Health Action Plan
Qualifications
* You are fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of additional European languages is an asset but is not mandatory.
* You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or Safety & Health, or a related technical or scientific field.
* You have a strong interest in improving workplace safety and wellbeing, with a preventive mindset and attention to both operational and organisational aspects of Safety & Health.
* You understand the links between product design, process and equipment design, manufacturing and supply chain operations, and supporting functions, and how these influence safety risks.
* You have experience or strong exposure to manufacturing or supply chain environments, with a solid understanding of shopfloor realities and safety challenges.
* You are able to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly with people at all levels of the organisation, from operators to management.
* You demonstrate strong planning, organisational and coordination skills, and are comfortable managing regional safety topics and projects.
* You have a practical and structured problem‑solving approach, combined with a clear interest in continuous improvement and kaizen.
* You are confident using digital tools and software, including Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI, and show a willingness to work with new systems and data‑driven safety tools.
* You are flexible and willing to travel regularly across Europe, the UK and Turkey, with occasional travel beyond these regions.
