Typical Project Journey You’ll start by visiting the customer and joining workshops that reveal how their teams really work. From these conversations, you craft clear and structured process blueprints that outline both current and improved ways of working. These blueprints then become the foundation for bringing the processes to life within an ERP context. As the bridge between business and IT, you help translate business needs into system logic, collaborate with functional and technical experts, validate processes through demos, and ensure the solution is both feasible and user friendly. Once the ERP solution takes shape, you guide teams through their transition, supporting key users with clear explanations, hands‑on help, and a strong focus on human adoption and change.
