Tasks
* Develop, validate, maintain, and document analysis programs for RWD studies.
* Support statistical programming activities in RWD databases.
* Provide technical database expertise to stakeholders and internal teams.
* Contribute to study design, protocol review, and analysis planning.
* Review and interpret statistical outputs and study results.
* Evaluate database quality and ensure efficient production of outputs.
* Collaborate with internal teams as a technical resource and consultant.
* Provide input on publications and study-related documents.
* Apply epidemiological and statistical methods in programming and analysis.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field; 5+ years SAS programming experience.
* 2+ years experience in RWE, epidemiology, or health outcomes research.
* Experience with large healthcare databases (e.g., CPRD, Merative MarketScan).
* Advanced SAS programming and statistical analysis skills; R knowledge a plus.
* Understanding of study design, observational endpoints, and epidemiological methods.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Fluent English with effective communication skills in global environments.
