Where You Make An Impact: Offer commercial support and play a key role between (potential) customers in Belgium/Luxembourg and the internal organization Responsible for sales support activities, including proper handling of orders/quotes from A to Z and processing incoming enquiries. Being the point of contact for customers, account managers, online relations and colleagues. Handling incoming calls, take care of sending quotes/documentation and follow up. What Makes You Be the Perfect Fit: Good command of the Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook) Very good knowledge of French - Dutch- German/or English You have excellent written and oral expression skills. You are customer-oriented: respond appropriately to questions, needs and interests. You have good organizational qualities, and you are accurate. You are proactive and enterprising in the daily handling of tasks, questions and problems. You have commercial skills, are communicative and come across as knowledgeable and friendly in customer contact. You are interested in business equipment, warehouse equipment and office equipment.
