digital platforms by combining strategic thinking, user-centric design, and modern technology
ecosystems including AI.
As part of our expansion in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Business Developer to
accelerate our growth and build long-term relationships with key accounts.
Your Mission
As a senior profile, you will play a strategic role in extending Tapptic's presence in Switzerland.
You will drive new business opportunities with major organizations by positioning Tapptic as a
trusted partner capable of advising and delivering intelligent digital platforms (DXP, CMS,
Front/Back, UX/UI Design, conversational AI).
Beyond selling, your role is to engage decision-makers and contribute to the definition of
impactful digital initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development
- Identify and develop new opportunities with large organizations in Switzerland
- Activate and leverage your existing network to generate qualified leads
- Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build long-term trusted relationships
Market Engagement
- Represent Tapptic at industry events and networking opportunities
- Participate in key trade shows
- Contribute to the organization of executive roundtables or thought leadership sessions
Opportunity Leadership
- Understand client challenges and translate them into strategic digital opportunities
- Present Tapptic's positioning and capabilities
- Lead the preparation of commercial proposals
- Contribute to and manage RFP responses
Consultative Selling
- Work closely with internal experts to structure relevant consulting and delivery approaches
- Shape offers involving:
• Digital platforms
• Mobile applications
• Technology consulting
• Team augmentation
Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with strategy, design, and technology teams
- Ensure alignment between client needs and proposed solutions
- Support long-term account development
Your Profile
Experience
You bring a strong and proven experience in senior business development within the digital or
technology consulting space.
You have:
- An established professional network in Switzerland
- A track record of working with large organizations
- Experience selling complex digital or technology initiatives
- Experience placing technical experts into client environments
Technology & Delivery Understanding
You are comfortable discussing digital architectures and delivery models, including:
- Headless CMS ecosystems (Sitecore, AEM, Contentful, Contentstack)
- Web and mobile development (React, Vue, iOS/Android, Flutter, React Native)
- Modern platform approaches
- Agile and product methodologies
You have already:
- Advised clients on technology decisions
- Supported platform redesigns or digital transformations
- Contributed to the deployment of new digital environments
Consulting Mindset
You understand how to engage clients beyond transactional sales.
Ideally, you have:
- Participated in design thinking sessions
- Contributed to creative workshops
- Helped define digital visions or platform strategies
