As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless execution and optimal stock management.
The daily management of planning and allocation of orders for all types of flows (deliveries, recovery, managed exchange - collections if applicable), materials and qualities, with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction as well as stock optimization to meet our Supply Chain objectives is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitating efficient supply chain planning for execution teams to deliver equipment to customers (Manufacturers and Retailers) at the right time, in the right manner and at the cheapest cost to serve to deliver high customer satisfaction.
* Following result of the optimization tools (when applicable), adjust and plan flows and production plans to country detail and daily planning of stocks, transfers, flows, international flows, new pallets deliveries in coordination with Central Planning team.
* Manage plant level inventories at optimal levels balancing plant capacities to ensure service is not compromised for costs.
* Lead the execution of the seasonal supply surge to include forecasting, communication, execution, and exception management.
* Local use and expertise of optimization tools (JDA, etc..). With the support of Band 2's, high level daily analysis will be required when optimization /proposed flows do not fit with daily requirements.
* Ensures Local Logistics Office reporting needs (specific customized reports production).
* Ensures customer satisfaction, being compliant with established SLA's.
* Short term quick decisions to resolve day to day operational issues (e.g. urgent delivery to be arranged, etc..).
Requirements:
* 1 to 2 years working in a Supply Chain environment, as well as stock management experience.
* SAP mandatory. JDA & PBI desirable.
* Displays a sense of urgency and a positive attitude.
* Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
* Technical competencies to include: stock control levels, demand and forecast planning.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Autonomous, self-initiative and results driven.
* MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good analytical skills.
* Dutch and English.
