About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Technical Proposal Writer to join one of our client and play a critical role in winning complex IT engagements. In this position, you'll transform intricate technical concepts into compelling, structured responses that directly address customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
What You'll Do
Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts to craft winning technical proposals
Translate complex technical architectures and solutions into clear, persuasive narratives
Consolidate input from multiple technical contributors into cohesive, consistent proposal sections
Ensure all responses directly address RFP requirements and evaluation criteria
Apply creativity and leverage appropriate tools to enhance proposal quality and efficiency
Contextualize industry-proven technologies, best practices, and solutions to meet specific customer needs
Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables under tight deadlines
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven track record in writing technical responses for IT proposals (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs)
Strong understanding across multiple IT domains including:
Cloud technologies and architectures
DevSecOps practices and toolchains
Platform Engineering
IT Architecture and infrastructure
Software Development methodologies
Exceptional technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
Experience working with cross-functional technical teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet deadlines
You'll Stand Out If You Have:
Background in IT consulting or systems integration
Certifications in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or relevant IT domains
Experience with proposal management tools and collaboration platforms
Understanding of public sector or enterprise procurement processes
