In addition, you will act as a trusted partner to the business on selected people's topics beyond hiring.Your mission is to deliver high-quality, bar-raising hires at speed, while contributing to broader people strategy and supporting leaders in building strong, scalable teams.Key responsibilities:Own hiring end-to-endTake full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offerLead hiring for commercial and marketing rolesDrive structured and efficient processes to ensure speed and qualityBuild and manage talent pipelinesDevelop and maintain strong pipelines for current and future hiring needsBenchmark salaries and stay close to market trendsPartner with the business (TA + HRBP scope)Run weekly hiring governance with stakeholdersAlign hiring priorities with business impact and team needsProvide data-driven insights on talent supply, demand, and competitionAct as a sounding board for managers on people-related challengesProtect and strengthen our employer brandLead structured, evidence-based interview debriefsChallenge hiring decisions when needed to maintain a high barWhat you bring:Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with full ownership of end-to-end hiringProven track record of hiring Commercial and Marketing roles in competitive marketsTrilingual: fluent in French, Dutch, and EnglishStrong expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, and building proactive talent pipelinesA structured and evidence-based approach to hiring — you rely on signals and data, not intuitionConfidence to challenge senior stakeholders and drive clear, high-quality hiring decisionsStrong sense of ownership — from defining the search strategy to closing the right candidateAbility to move fast without compromising on quality or hiring standardsFirst experience or strong interest in HRBP topicsWhat we offer:A professional and inspiring workplace where We Live for the customer.A dynamic, open culture driven by ownership and collaboration.
