The mission of Business Strategy Division (BSD) is to develop and implement the mid- to long-term strategy for Toyota Motor Europe, based on future market needs and future changes.
Job description
As an Executive assistant in BSD you will work in corporate management team.
In your role, you will be providing admin support to the BSD team. This will be combined with working on project-related tasks.
Your responsibilities could include support on (not exhaustive) :
BSD management – VP/ Head Off Personal Assistant roles (Need Native level Japanese – speaking, writing, listening, reading)
General admin support of BSD members including meeting set-up and agenda management
Logistic support of events organised by BSD
Support on projects
Be back-up for other admin tasks
Vereisten
Bachelor degree
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Japanese and English excellent knowledge (business languages)
Strong analytical and project management skills, eye for detail
Good communication skills
Team player
Pro-active and creative thinker
Discrete, able to handle confidential material and information
Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Oracle, Teams and Sharepoint
Comfortable building out a network
Willing to learn
