Senior / Manager – Restructuring role in consulting Brussels, Belgium A leading European consulting firm is expanding its Restructuring practice in Brussels and is looking to hire a Senior or Manager to support its growing pipeline of complex assignments. The firm advises private equity funds, lenders, corporates, and investors on critical financial and operational situations. The restructuring team supports stakeholders through periods of underperformance, liquidity pressure, or strategic transformation, often in high-stakes and time-sensitive environments. The role offers strong exposure to cross-border assignments, working alongside teams across Transaction Services and Strategy & Operations within the wider advisory platform. Candidate profile 4–8 years of experience in restructuring, turnaround advisory, transaction advisory, or special situations Background in advisory firms, consulting, Big4, or banking restructuring teams Strong financial analysis and modelling capabilities Ability to work in fast-paced, complex project environments Experience interacting with management teams, lenders, or investors is a plus Fluent English and French or Dutch required; additional European languages are advantageous What the firm offers Exposure to complex restructuring and turnaround situations across Europe A growing and entrepreneurial restructuring team within a well-established international consulting platform Close collaboration with PE investors, lenders, and corporate leadership teams
