About Our Client

The company is a global digital payment and cross‑border remittance provider offering multi‑currency pay‑in, pay‑out, and foreign‑exchange settlement services across more than 100 countries and regions.

Job Description

This is a hands-on role suited for individuals with strong connections across FX, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions, who can generate tangible business impact. You'll be responsible for the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and closing to onboarding and activation - with a direct impact on total payment volume (TPV) and revenue.As a Business Development Manager / KA Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Acquire new institutional clients and strategic partners across the payments, crypto, and FX sectors.
Drive volume through stablecoin and cross-border settlement channels.
Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, proposal development, deal negotiation, and onboarding.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly TPV and revenue contribution targets.
Identify and open up new payment corridors
Hunting role and building new market in Hong Kong

Account Management & Relationship Building

Manage and expand relationships with key institutional partners.
Facilitate seamless onboarding in collaboration with internal treasury, compliance, and operations teams.
Work closely with product and operations teams to enhance the client experience and respond to market needs.
Effectively manage personal sales performance and adjust sales strategies promptly according to sales progress and external market changes.
Stay sensitive and attentive to industry‑related information, provide timely feedback and suggestions, and explore and promote new business cooperation models.

Knowledgeable in FX and payment

Fully understand enterprise users' needs for payment solutions, maintain sharp market insight, and formulate corresponding payment strategies based on market trends to optimize internal products and processes.
Regularly analyze transaction data, provide valuable insights to enterprise users, resolve payment-related issues, and enhance the overall customer service experience.
Be responsible for the full lifecycle service of enterprise users, solving various issues that arise at different stages of their development.
Connect with potential customers through multiple channels, conduct timely and effective onsite visits, uncover customer needs, and follow up, expand, and convert industry clients using both online and offline methods.
Identify customers who need collection accounts in Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Europe, and the United States, as well as those requiring RMB settlement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager / KA Manager should have:

Full-time bachelor's degree or above, any major is acceptable.
5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within fintech, payments, FX, or digital assets.
Candidates with resources or experience in cross‑border payments or overseas pan‑entertainment industries are preferred.
Demonstrated success in hitting revenue and volume-based KPIs.
Skilled in high-value negotiation and managing complex deal cycles independently.
Familiarity with stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity is a strong plus.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in English and Mandarin
