Take a look at some of our impactful projects here:br/Job description As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line support across a wide range of technologies. As an IT Support Specialist, you will: ulli Serve as the primary contact for all user support requests via our Service Desk and Helpdesk systems. /lili Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware and software issues on Windows, Linux, and various mobile platforms (iOS, Android). /lili Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to video conferencing (VC) systems, ensuring seamless meetings and presentations. /lili Deliver application support for a range of internal business applications. /lili Set up new user accounts, workstations, and equipment. /lili Document support tickets, resolutions, and create knowledge base articles to improve efficiency. /lili Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary. /lili Participate in on-call rotation to provide out-of-hours support. /li /ul Profile What would make you a fit for the role: ulli Proven experience in an IT Support or similar role. /lili Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems. /lili Experience with mobile support (Android iOS). /lili Familiarity with Service Desk and Helpdesk ticketing systems. /lili Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software. /lili Knowledge of video conferencing technologies and support. /lili A customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills. /lili Ability to work independently and as part of a team. /lili Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus. /li /ul Offer Being a part of the Netcompany team, you will be provided with: ulli The opportunity to work in a modern environment /lili A competitive compensation benefits package /lili Hospitalization plan /lili Hybrid working model /lili Meal and commuting allowance /lili Well-being activities (on premises) /lili Continuous learning opportunities using the most modern methods (unlimited access to Udemy for Business, ad-hoc trainings) /lili A personalized development plan for targeted career growth /li /ul
