Sales management Eastern Europe/ Export outside Western Europe market for residential products and project solutions. France might be added to the area.
You motivate a team of experienced agents and focus on specific key accounts.
You maintain strong relationships with customers in the retail and hospitality business (architects, hotel chains, leisure groups, builders, project managers, etc). You are in daily contact with all related stakeholders.
Your customers experience you as a reliable partner, appreciating your pro-activity and problem solving qualities, communication skills and expertise.
Profiel
Master or Bachelor.
Excellent communication skills, team player, leadership skills, people oriented.
Preferably experience in the area and in the interior industry and an up to date network in this environment.
Negotiator, winner mentality. Able to work in a structured and independent way.
Good IT skills. Fluent in Dutch and French, good knowledge of English. Other language skills are an asset.
