Office Operations Manager
This is a highly responsible role that requires a mature and autonomous individual to manage the day-to-day activities of our office. The successful candidate will be closely involved in the business, taking initiative with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage suppliers, vendors, office supplies, marketing materials, facilities, maintenance, gifts, and company vehicles.
* Prepare, review and follow up contracts for consultants and clients, handle purchase orders, timesheets, and support the invoicing process.
* Monitor shared mailboxes (info, office, personal) and handle incoming phone calls professionally.
* Plan and co-organize company events (team buildings, Christmas parties, BBQs, etc.) and arrange business travel (transport, accommodation, itineraries).
