What does this job entail?
Eyes wide open – alert today, safe tomorrow. That is the slogan of the Financial Crime Intelligence team. In this team, as a Senior Compliance Investigator, you will use your talent and experience to strengthen the fight against financial crime.
You will work with more than 50 colleagues, as well as internal and external stakeholders outside your team. Together, you are the second line of defense in the fight against financial crime, a societal issue that affects everyone.
What do we expect from you?
* You conduct complex investigations into financial crime.
* You decide which suspicious events need to be reported to the CFI.
* You develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance.
* Together with internal and external stakeholders, you identify and mitigate risks.
* You prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management.
* You take an active or leading role in projects.
* Can something be improved in our current processes? You critically evaluate them. In this way, you contribute to the continuous development and improvement of our processes, procedures, and policies in the field of compliance.
Your key strengths?
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree and 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
* Thanks to relevant work experience, you have a good knowledge of financial fraud and the processes around KYT, KYC, and AML. You look forward to deepening that knowledge further.
* You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Data-driven work and data analysis appeal to you. Do you have experience with it? Even better
* You look forward to working on projects and optimizing existing processes.
* Like your colleagues, you like to take initiative, are honest, and have a strong moral compass.
* You communicate in a structured, clear, and convincing manner in Dutch and English.
