Roles & Responsibilities
KPMG’s Deals & Strategy practice offers opportunities for ambitious graduates who want to work at the heart of corporate finance and transactions. We aim to provide impactful insights, support strategic decision-making and successfully execute deals.
Within the M&A team, you will contribute to a wide range of activities across the deal lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
1. Supporting deal origination through market research, target screening and sector analysis
2. Conducting financial analysis and valuation work, including business modelling
3. Preparing pitch decks, marketing materials and client presentations
4. Analysing business models, value chains and market positioning
5. Identifying potential buyers, targets and transaction opportunities
6. Supporting deal execution alongside senior team members
7. Collaborating with internal teams such as tax, legal and strategy
8. Contributing to process management and coordination across deal phases

Skills & Qualifications
9. Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or equivalent
10. Strong financial and accounting knowledge (corporate finance, valuation, cash flow analysis)
11. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
12. Strong interest in M&A and corporate finance
13. Ability to translate complex analysis into clear presentations
14. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
15. Proactive mindset and ownership
16. Strong team player
17. Fluent in Dutch and/or French and English
18. Previous internship in M&A, Investment Banking or similar is a plus
