Role Overview
Our Managers play a key role in delivering consulting services to clients. They lead projects using operational excellence methodologies, mentor consultants, and support business development efforts. They are often the main client contact, building strong relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Expand network and identify business opportunities.
* Manage diagnoses, analyses, and project proposals.
* Lead projects, define plans, manage quality and risks, and monitor progress.
* Coach and develop consulting team members.
* Track results and seek continuous improvement.
* Contribute to strategic development and build trust within the company.
Requirements
* Solid consulting experience in Operational Excellence.
* Experience as a Senior Consultant or Manager in a similar environment.
* Client engagement experience across multiple teams and levels.
* Project/program management skills.
* Knowledge of methodologies/tools like Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, Agile, Adkar.
* Fluent in French and English.
