Job Description
As a Business Analyst in CRM and/or E-commerce, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers' needs and innovative digital solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
* Analyzing business requirements and mapping out complex CRM and e-commerce processes.
* Translating requirements into clear business cases, including As-Is vs. To-Be scenarios and Fit-Gap analyses.
* Guiding customers in selecting and shaping the best-fit solutions to elevate their commerce strategy.
* Creating detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Designing and writing user stories to ensure smooth and efficient development cycles.
* Testing and validating solutions, ensuring they meet both business needs and technical requirements.
* Playing an active role in go-live preparation and support, ensuring a seamless transition.
* Sharing your knowledge and expertise with our internal team to help grow our collective capabilities.

Qualifications
We’re seeking someone who brings both expertise and enthusiasm to the table. The must-haves include:
* 4+ years of experience working with CRM or commerce solutions, ideally SAP C4C, SAP CRM, or e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, WooCommerce, or SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
* Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in B2B or B2C projects, driving successful implementations from start to finish.
* Proven skills with business modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, or similar.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A solid understanding of SAP CRM or E-commerce tools
* Language skills: Native proficiency in Dutch and/or French, with a good working knowledge of English (minimum B2–C1 level) this is mandatory.
