Product Engineer
Ar-Ge ekibimizi desteklemek ve güçlendirmek için Product Engineer arıyoruz.

We are a fast-growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our Manufacturing team we are looking for a Product Development Engineer .
What Do We Expect:
1. Developing and implementing key innovation projects on time as set in yearly plans together with the Marketing.
2. Leading new product developments, raw material validation projects, and guiding purchasing, planning, quality and technical teams with a clear focus on in time delivery
3. Ensure that product development process is compliant with the quality standards, (no major fall-outs linked to Project Management – in internal and external audits.)
4. Be the technical key contact between the plant and the suppliers regarding raw materials.
5. Setting up raw material specifications for new raw materials.
6. Helping to assure product and raw material safety.
7. Helping to create master specifications for new product developments including bill of material, general quality recommendations, safety files etc..
8. Participating in audits representing R&D and product development functions on product design/validation related questions. (procedures, FMEA, Risk analysis reports, etc.)
9. Being a technical know-how base and transferring all new knowledges to other departments.
10. Routinely communicating with suppliers, purchasing, in regards with new raw materials.
11. Communicating with external labs for some tests (botanical ingredient tests, toxicology tests, etc.)
Who You Are:
12. Graduated from related departments of universities
13. 3 years of experience
14. Knowledge of raw materials for disposable products.
15. Strong executive and communication skills.
16. Strong analytical skills and organizational talent.
17. English speaking, reading and writing
18. PC skills, MS Office, especially power point
