The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Delivery Station Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
1. Report to the station manager, be responsible for on-site operational coordination during a shift, and assist drivers in unloading and sorting goods upon their arrival at the station;
2. Master the delivery process and monitor the efficiency and quality of driver delivery.
3. Be responsible for the daily training and implementation of the driver business system and SOPs, ensuring that all employees are familiar with and grasp the system.
4. Collaborate with the customer service team, handle customer inquiries via phone, and monitor the delivery experience.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline.
* 1+ years’ experience in logistics or warehouse operations, ideally with last-mile delivery.
Desirable Experience
* Background in e-commerce, courier, or delivery service operations.
* Familiarity with delivery management platforms and routing optimisation tools.
