Job Description
ARHS Developments is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager for one of its clients at the EU Institutions. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and successful completion of projects & work closely with stakeholders from different departments, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
2. Managing and performing all the administrative tasks related to the project lifecycle related to the development and maintenance of in-house applications
3. Managing the team requirements and team members
4. Budget management
5. Transforming the stakeholders' requirements into business and technical specifications
6. Managing the time and the quality of the delivery
7. Being the single point of contact for our client
8. Writing proposals for the project, team management, deliverables and project planning
9. Providing support to the technical team when writing the technical specifications
10. Providing reporting to stakeholders as needed
11. Identify the key technical elements to ensure the success of the project
Qualifications
Your Profile
12. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
13. Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a complex and multicultural environment
14. Good knowledge of project management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, Performance Tracking)
15. Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile
16. Good technical knowledge on the projects aspects
17. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
18. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
19. Practical knowledge of reporting methods
20. Good knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel
Any of the following certifications would be considered an asset
21. Project Management Professional (PMP)
22. PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
23. Certified in PM2
