Your Role
As Payroll & Reward Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing payroll operations and compensation frameworks across the organization. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll processes while playing a key role in shaping our total rewards strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local legislation with a focus on Belgium. Additionally, France & Tunis will also be part of your scope
* Manage relationships with external payroll providers and relevant authorities
* Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation and benefits structures
* Lead salary benchmarking, job grading, and annual compensation review cycles
* Ensure compliance with labor law, tax regulations, and internal policies
* Analyze payroll and compensation data to support strategic decision-making
* Contribute to HR projects related to growth, scalability, and international expansion
Your Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum 7years of experience in payroll and compensation, ideally in a fast scaling or tech-driven environment
* Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation (knowledge of international payroll like French / Tunisian is a plus)
* Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working with HRIS, payroll systems, and Excel
* Proactive, structured, and able to work independently
* Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
* Open to travel if required
