Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for a HR Advisor (m/f/x) for a permanent position based in Liège.Our client is a fast growing company active in the maintenance sector.As HR Advisor (m/f/x) you will be responsible for:Be the local HR person to support the Management and the employees for any HR-related question.Liaise with HR Manager and HR Director daily to report any issue and ensure proper follow-up of HR activities.Provide overall administrative support to HR Director and HR Manager.Ensures that all HR policies and processes are clearly described and kept up to date, on the different internal channels.Ensure relevant meetings are prepared and followed up.Be involved in or autonomously run certain projects.Actively support and contribute to the organization's diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and environmental, social, governance (ESG) initiatives in order to foster an equitable workplace culture and advance the company's broader social responsibility objectives.New entries and leavers follow up.Support in the follow up of social documentation and folders such as: Mutuelle / family events / "Social Funds" / group and health insurances / meal vouchers / medical certificates…Update on a daily basis the data base for the salary "eBlox" and the HR software regarding the information received.Provide with documents related to C&B to insert in onboarding files.Be in charge of keeping up to date the personnel files (hard & soft copies).Treat daily correspondence and dispatch correctly in order to guarantee an efficient communication within HR department and allow timely actions.File and archive regularly documents in order to ensure proper and secured storage allowing quick retrieving of data.Any other organizational and administrative duties to aim to the achievement of the department objectives within individual competencies.Keep track of HR KPI's for reporting to management, works council and external bodies.Ensure effective and efficient storing of vital and confidential information. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.Support creation of presentations for company communication channels.At anytime and anywhere, to perform the activities and display the behaviors that are designed to deliver a distinctive Customer Experience.To comply with local, national legislation, Health & Safety and Environment regulations in order to maintain a safe working environment for self and all the depot employees.To comply with the company's corporate social responsibility, health, safety and environmental standards and responsibilities as identified.To participate in the corporate initiatives.To respect the H&S procedures & instructions.To act & work safely.To maintain a clean office with due regard to Health & Safety matters like ergonomy.To make use of the PPE (personal protective equipment) provided by the company.To report possible risks to the hierarchy.The required profile for the HR Advisor (m/f/x) position:Bachelor's degree (preferably in human resources, social sciences or law) or equivalent experience.You have a clean certificate of good conduct.Experience with HR departments is an asset or equivalent through education.Good knowledge of social legislation.Very good communication skills.Very good knowledge of French/Dutch/English oral and written (mandatory) - at ease in composing business letters and reports.Any other language skill would be an asset.Extreme customer focus and respect for confidentiality.To display a positive, open and cooperative behavior in order to facilitate a good relationship inside and outside the department, avoid and help to solve conflicts.To be rigorous, precise, well organized, solution-orientated, proactive, etc.Able to prioritize tasks and work autonomously.Organization skills and pro-activity.Distinguishes him/herself by being exceptionally responsive to customer queries.Communicate clearly and adapt vocabulary to the person you are dealing with.Reliability, engagement and high confidential behaviour are essential.Interested in this position of HR Advisor (m/f/x) at a young and dynamic company?
