* Manage payroll processes for Belgium and the Netherlands in collaboration with the external provider Acerta.
* Ensure accurate and timely salary administration, compliance with local regulations, and proper data management.
* Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
* Lead and implement projects related to compensation & benefits, including the cafeteria plan and warrant scheme.
* Collaborate with HR colleagues and support to optimize HR processes and ensure smooth HR operations.
* Solid experience in payroll management, preferably covering both Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Knowledge of social legislation, compensation & benefits, and experience working with payroll providers (Acerta experience is a plus).
* HR generalist experience to bring support.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
* Ability to manage projects independently and deliver process improvements.
* Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
Freelance mission, 2-3 days a week, duration of 7 months.
