Tasks and responsibilities:

Main purpose of job

* As a Reward Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, maintaining and improving all reward components within Bleckmann. You will report to the Total Reward Director and work closely with HR Business Partners, the HRIS Manager, Finance and managers in various countries. The focus will be on both daily operational processes and supporting strategic projects that contribute to a fair, transparent and future-proof reward culture.


Key tasks and responsibilities

* Analysing market data and salary benchmarks and using this information to make proposals to support our remuneration strategy.
* Supporting grading and job evaluation projects and manage the preparation of the job evaluation board
* Support the variable remuneration processes, including preparation, data management, reporting, follow-up and communication.
* Performing and following up on pay equity analyses (adjusted pay gap), including statistical evaluations and improvement plans.
* Optimising HRIS processes within Reward: data quality, testing, configuration and continuous improvement.
* Actively contributing to implementation, change management and training related to Performance Management.
* Preparing management reports and ad hoc analyses for HR leadership and the executive team.
* Maintaining contacts with external partners and suppliers (insurance, benefits, tools).

Essential Skills/ Qualifications

* Developed Excell and data-tools skills

* Quality-driven and able to work accurately;
* You have recent work experience in a similar role.
