Service Designer (UX/UI)
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Designer to bridge the gap between user experience strategy and digital interface design. You will design end-to-end service experiences, from user research and journey mapping to wireframing, prototyping, and solution validation, ensuring seamless and user-centered digital services.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to understand user needs and business objectives.
* Design and map user journeys, personas, customer experiences, and service blueprints.
* Create wireframes and prototypes to translate service design concepts into digital solutions.
* Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholders, project teams, and users.
* Ensure consistency and quality across all user touchpoints and digital experiences.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure UX best practices and accessibility standards are respected.
* Support continuous improvement through user testing, analytics, and performance evaluation.
* Contribute to the implementation of information security and compliance requirements.
Requirements
* Strong experience in Service Design, UX Design, or Digital Experience Design.
* Expertise in requirements analysis and translating business needs into user-centered solutions.
* Experience creating user journeys, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Familiarity with Agile project environments.
* Ability to analyze data and derive actionable user insights.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
