We are seeking a skilled and experienced
Senior Consultant
with expertise in
Supply Chain Management
. In this role, you will partner with clients to drive transformative improvements, optimize processes, and enhance operational efficiency. You will leverage data-driven insights and industry best practices to solve complex business challenges, delivering measurable value and sustainable change. This role is based in the Brussels area.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and execute supply chain optimization projects, ensuring successful delivery and measurable business impact.
* Analyze supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop tailored strategies to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and service levels.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement best-in-class supply chain strategies, including demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
* Assess and leverage emerging technology trends, automation, and digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
* Develop and deliver insightful presentations and reports, effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or preferably, Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
* 3 to 5+ years of experience in consulting, or supply chain management, preferably within a leading consulting firm or industry leader.
* Experience with ERP, business intelligence, and digital transformation solutions within supply chain operations.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
* Proven track record of delivering cost savings, operational improvements, and efficiency gains in supply chain functions.
* Strong knowledge of PMO methods such as Agile, Prince and/or APICS (certification preferred).
* Strong appetite for operational excellence and continuous improvements activities.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
