Your Role
As a Quality Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring that every product, process, and partnership meets the highest standards of excellence.
You’ll work across multidisciplinary teams to:
* Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Develop and implement advanced quality systems (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
* Support new product introductions (NPI) and process validation.
* Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, and Supply Chain to ensure quality by design.
* Drive digital transformation in quality through data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled inspection tools.

What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Engineering, Quality, or Industrial Sciences (or equivalent experience).
* Professional years of experience in a quality, process, or manufacturing engineering role.
* Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or ISO 13485.
* A passion for solving problems, improving systems, and making things better every day.
* Strong communication skills in English
