Your responsibilities
* Management and coordination of pharmaceutical engineering projects at the Puurs site (on-site presence).
* Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders: internal teams, business clients, engineering firms, and contractors.
* Managing tasks and resources with a sense of prioritization & CAPEX budget management (>€5M)
* Operate confidently in a customer-supplier dynamic, aligning engineering, business, and external partners.
* Build and integrate high-performing project teams by bringing together internal resources and external engineering offices.
* Understand and manage the operational impact of shutdowns on business activities.
* Provide strong leadership in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) performance and compliance.
Your profile
* Master Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (Automation, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field).
* 5 years + of professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector.
* Proficiency in English and Dutch.
* Proven experience in technical project coordination, stakeholder communication, budget & risks management.
* Ability to navigate industrial environments with multiple stakeholders and regulatory constraints.
* Strong team-building and leadership skills.
* Very good awareness of EHS standards and practices.
