Solution Area PDG EB (BSCS) provides a leading Business & Operations Support Systems portfolio with superior customer experience by aligning architecture, products, services, roadmaps, and commercial structure. This unit develops and maintains state‑of‑the‑art Ericsson‑owned products within the Business & Operations Support Systems portfolio. Each Product Development Unit focuses on end‑to‑end development of a specific part of the overall portfolio, providing superior customer experience through alignment of BOS's overall architecture, products, ways of working, roadmaps, and commercial structures.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Development Product Owner in the Ericsson Billing PDU. The position will primarily manage operational metrics, KPIs and reporting to the PDU Program Manager, supporting tracking of projects, release activities, and process improvements across multiple time zones and cultures.
What you will do
* Support metrics including time, quality and scope for the development cycle.
* Establish dashboards to track KPI/matrics for the products from the PDU.
* Support the product release readiness in terms of process and tools.
* Execute project plan, monitor and control, and report progress to achieve project objectives efficiently.
* Contribute to the PDU’s continuous learning and improvement in ways of working, AI use, process and tooling.
The skills you bring
* Project management experience in software engineering.
* Experience managing projects with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and data analytics platforms like PowerBI or EazyBI.
* Understanding of cloud‑native software development lifecycle.
* Resource and budget management.
* Risk management.
* Advanced or fluent English language skills.
