JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Logistics SAP Business Partner (BP) taking care of vehicles and parts business in EMEA. This role serves to connect Business with ERP (SAP) and Business Process needs.
You will be the main point of contact for Logistics Key Users and Management, leading SAP solution deployment and evolution. The BP supports the process & tools we will need to serve the customer (SAP, WMS, SAP TM), handles issues and executes testing. Responsibilities include analyzing impact, optimizing processes and providing training. Recognized for deep business knowledge, the SAP BP collaborates with IT to implement best practices.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
1. Support testing activities for the different projects in SAP S/4 HANA (script writing, test execution)
2. Develop, improve, and maintain training material and exercises; deliver training and coaching to end users
3. Document knowledge in knowledge library to ensure sustainment and easy onboarding of new employees
4. Evaluate how the change is impacting people, and prepare, clarify, and communicate changes related to business processes, systems, job roles and organizational structures
5. Offer permanent and updated support (processes, maintain documentations, train new employees / plan new training rollout, manage priorities on defect resolution, plan improvement and workaround processes)
6. Coordinate actions and priorities with the other SAP Business Partners of the Logistics & Distribution group
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
7. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics’, supply chain management, or a related business field.
8. Experience in logistics and operations, mainly warehousing and transportation.
9. Holds 3 years of experience in the discipline related to transport operations. Experience in business analysis, process improvements, project management are a plus.
10. Strong interest and curiosity for technology-based solutions and knowledge of SAP/S4/Hana are highly valuable assets
11. Good knowledge of SAP S4 and TM (Transportation Management) as well as good understanding of integrated modules.
12. Strong analytical skills to assess impacts and identify improvement opportunities.
13. Ability to train new users and support change management.
14. Excellent communication in English (oral and written) required. French, Finnish & Dutch would be a plus.

This position involves occasional travel.
