ABOUT THE ROLE Are you someone who can quickly grasp the essence of complex challenges and guide teams toward successful solutions? At We+, we are looking for a Business Analyst, who combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on project management skills. Business Analysis: as an experienced Analyst you see what’s needed for the business. Hand-on experience in guiding software projects from requirements to implementation.
+ Project Management: Create budgets and implementation schedules to help clients make informed decisions. Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements for the team.
+ A well-equipped toolbox techniques like Lean startup, Story Mapping, UML, BPMN and Test-First. Proficiency with tools like Visual Paradigm, Jira, Excel or similar applications.
+ Clearly articulate ideas in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
+ Hybrid Work: Combine remote flexibility with on-site collaboration, tailoring your work to project needs.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as IT Business and/or Functional Analyst.
+ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in a wide range of tools and technologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Story Mapping techniques, Jira (or others).
+ Provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and user experiences.
