Job Description
Real Estate & Transactions
* Draft and negotiate real estate contracts (leases, sales, partnerships, construction, etc.)
* Support acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets
* Structure transactions and manage due diligence processes
* Coordinate and manage external legal counsel
Project & Business Support
* Advise project developers and country directors on legal aspects
* Support development projects from structuring to execution
* Participate in bidding processes and project set-ups
Corporate & Additional Exposure
* Handle corporate structuring and housekeeping
* Draft shareholders' agreements and manage SPVs
* Contribute to compliance and internal legal organization if interested
Litigation
* Manage disputes and liaise with external counsel
The Successful Applicant
* Master\'s degree in Law (Belgian university)
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in real estate law (law firm, developer or similar)
* Strong experience in real estate transactions and contracting
* Exposure to corporate law; tax sensitivity is a plus
* Urban planning knowledge is a plus, not mandatory
Languages
* Fluent French (deal language)
* Strong English (corporate environment)
* Dutch is a plus
