Tasks and responsibilities
This senior HR role is based at an industrial production site in Nysa and combines strategic HR business partnering with hands-on operational support. You will work closely with site leadership, the local HR team and international HR stakeholders.
The local HR team supports the full employee lifecycle in a fast-growing production environment.

* Implementing career development frameworks
* Integrating IATF and automotive quality requirements into HR processes
* Improving labor relations and managing union interactions
* Rolling out absenteeism and return-to-work programs
* Executing stay interviews and follow-up actions from people surveys
* Reviewing, harmonizing and maintaining HR policies and compliance
Primary tasks and responsibilities
* Lead and execute HR projects related to career frameworks, competence models and quality integration
* Prepare and deliver training, communication and rollout of key HR initiatives
* Strengthen labor relations and ensure compliance with Polish labor law
* Support and challenge management on workforce, talent and organizational topics
* Facilitate survey sessions, team dialogues and engagement workshops
* Audit, update and standardize HR policies, procedures and SOPs
* Provide operational coaching to HR team members where needed
* Act as the local point of contact for global HR implementations
* Ensure accurate documentation and reporting in line with audit and IATF standards

* Main location: Nysa
* Minimum 3 days per week onsite
* Increased onsite presence during the onboarding period
Your profile
Experience and knowledge
* At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and/or HR Manager in an industrial environment
* Experience with HR-related projects
* Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and experience working with trade unions
* Experience implementing HR frameworks such as career paths and competency models
* Understanding of IATF or other automotive quality standards
* Experience with HR compliance, audits and procedural governance
* Proficiency in MS Office
* Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus
