YOUR ROLE As a Business Domain Architect, you act as the strategic bridge between business and IT, defining the direction of the customer engagement architecture at enterprise level. You ensure that commercial goals, data, processes, and technology form one coherent and scalable ecosystem. You will: Define and steer the commercial product and platform roadmap Lead the transition towards a standardized and modular product portfolio Define the target architecture for customer engagement (CRM, MDM, channels, pricing, data) Align short-term initiatives with the long-term architectural vision Translate business needs into scalable, integrated solution designs WHAT YOU DO ️ Architecture & Strategy Design the target architecture for customer engagement platforms Define and govern the business & technology roadmap Ensure end-to-end consistency across domains and systems Product & Commercial Domain Rationalize and simplify the product portfolio Support offer & pricing management architecture Harmonize sender/receiver product flows Data & Integration Design customer master data (MDM) models Enable integration via APIs and event-driven architectures Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency ☁️ Platforms & Technology Architecture for CRM, contact center, and customer platforms Integration of cloud, IAM, and security components Support Power Platform, automation, and RPA initiatives Stakeholder & Governance Collaborate with Customer Care, Sales, Marketing & Operations Align with enterprise architects and delivery teams Participate in architecture governance and vendor evaluations ⭐ MUST HAVE 7 years of experience in Business Architecture / Product / Customer Platforms Strong background in Customer Experience and digital transformation Solid expertise in customer master data & MDM Experience with APIs and integration architectures Strong stakeholder management skills Strategic and conceptual thinking mindset ✨ NICE TO HAVE Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform or Azure experience Event-driven architectures, RPA or automation tooling AI / chatbot / omnichannel solutions experience Experience in complex enterprise environments Agile / SAFe delivery experience Knowledge of data governance and KPI frameworks ️ PRACTICAL Contract: Freelance Work regime: 5/5th Location: Brussels (hybrid) Start: ASAP
