To support our growth, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Owner to drive the development and delivery of our innovative technical data services. This role involves a blend of product ownership responsibilities, including roadmap coordination and feature prioritization, and analysis tasks, such as requirements gathering and data analysis. You will contribute to both new data service development and the enhancement of existing platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Ownership: Serve as the Product Owner for new technical data service development, initially focusing on a SaaS platform offering technical information. Gather, analyse, refine and prioritize user stories and requirements.
2. Requirements Gathering and prioritization: Orchestrate the demand definition and prioritization across internal and external stakeholders and consumers of the technical data products and features.
3. Collaboration and Communication: Communicate roadmaps and progress to stakeholders, including leadership, development teams, sales, marketing, and customer support. Foster a collaborative environment.
4. Metrics and Reporting: Define and track KPIs to measure product and project performance, providing regular reports on progress against goals.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously search for potential process and quality improvements throughout the development and data delivery processes.
6. Problem Solving: Deep-dive into complex challenges to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
Qualifications:
7. Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science) or equivalent by experience
8. Demonstrated at least 3 years experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Senior Business Analyst.
9. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and affinity with technical information management.
12. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment.
13. Fluent in English
Desired Skills and Experience:
14. Experience with SaaS platform development or similar platforms.
15. Experience in the industrial equipment or parts industry and related technical information.
16. Basic knowledge of Google Cloud or other cloud solutions.
17. Experience with project development methodologies such as Scrum (Agile).
