* Provide administrative support to multiple teams
* Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and logistics
* Support reporting and internal communication
* Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure accurate data entry and follow-up of processes
Jouw profiel
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
* Trilingual: English, French, and Dutch
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable in a structured and formal environment
