Position Overview:
The Pega CLM‐KYC project aims to implement a new end‐to‐end KYC solution based on the Pega CLM‐KYC framework to replace existing workflows such as my Organization and Legal Update. The objective is to modernize due‐diligence processes, align with new regulatory expectations, and streamline customer lifecycle management on a single standardized platform. The project includes a Discovery phase to define processes, data requirements and integrations, followed by the full implementation of the new Pega‐based solution. This initiative will enable Client to enhance KYC efficiency, improve user experience, and ensure long‐term compliance readiness.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead the delivery of a strategic Pega CLM-KYC transformation program, implementing a new end-to-end Know Your Customer (KYC) solution and replacing existing legacy workflows, including Organization and Legal Update.
The program aims to modernize due-diligence processes, align with evolving regulatory expectations, and consolidate customer lifecycle management activities onto a single, standardized Pega-based platform.
What you'll do:
1) Discovery Phase
* Lead the initial Discovery phase, defining:
* business processes and operational workflows
* regulatory, compliance and legal requirements
* data models and reporting needs
* integration requirements and system dependencies
* Work closely with stakeholders across Business, Compliance, Legal, and IT
2) Planning, Execution & Delivery
* Own program delivery from planning through implementation and go-live
* Ensure delivery is aligned to agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality
* Manage delivery governance, milestone tracking, and overall execution control
3) Cross-Functional Coordination
* Coordinate internal and external delivery teams, including:
* Pega delivery teams and architects
* business analysts and SMEs
* compliance and legal experts
* external vendors and third parties
* Drive collaboration and decision-making across multiple stakeholders
4) Governance, Risk & Stakeholder Management
* Establish and run effective project governance and reporting structures
* Proactively manage:
* risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery blockers
* stakeholder communication and steering updates
* Ensure clear and consistent engagement with senior stakeholders
5) Regulatory & Audit Readiness
* Ensure the solution meets regulatory, compliance and audit expectations
* Support long-term compliance readiness through robust controls and documentation
* Deliver measurable improvements in:
* operational efficiency
* user experience
* standardization of KYC lifecycle processes
What you bring:
* Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology programs
* Strong track record delivering Pega implementations, ideally:
* Pega CLM-KYC, or similar case management / regulatory workflow platforms
* Experience working in highly regulated environments, preferably financial services
* Strong understanding of:
* Business Process Management (BPM)
* Case management and workflow transformation
* Compliance-driven delivery
* Demonstrated leadership, structured delivery approach, and strong stakeholder management skills
