Job Description
As a Qualified Person (QP), you will play a critical role in the release of batches of medicinal products for both human and veterinary use—particularly within the scope of secondary pharmaceutical packaging (labelling and conformity checks). You will also act as a backup Responsible Person (RP), ensuring compliance with GDP/GMP regulations and maintaining the highest standards in quality assurance.
The responsibilities of this position include:
* Acting as the liaison with public health authorities, including the Federal Agency for Medicines and Health Products (FAMHP).
* Contributing to the development of production files, SOPs, work instructions, and associated documentation.
* Managing compliance regarding narcotics, psychotropic substances, and precursor distribution.
* Overseeing the handling of non-conforming products, including returns, recalls, and destruction.
* Participating in client audits and internal/external inspections.
* Leading deviation management, complaint handling, and root cause analysis of non-conformities.
* Approving suppliers, service providers, and clients within the QA framework.
* Monitoring site metrology and ensuring appropriate storage conditions for all medicinal products (cold chain, ambient, frozen).
Your Profile:
* A Master's degree in Industrial Pharmacy, entitling you to act as a Qualified Person.
* Demonstrated QA experience in a GxP-compliant environment (GMP/GDP).
* A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to high-quality standards—for yourself, your colleagues, and the broader organization.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously with ownership of your domain.
* Language Requirements: Fluent in French and English.
