Quality Officer
At MEDISTA, quality is king. Considering our mission‑critical pharmaceutical and healthcare customers, it has to be. We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to assist our Quality Assurance Managers with process and reporting requirements in line with company policy. You will be responsible for activities, such as regulatory reporting, validation programs and quality assurance. You are willing to learn and motivate others to develop industry‑specific knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
* Daily go‑to person internally and externally for quality‑related activities.
* Manage quality systems, including handling issues and change management.
* Help with a variety of ad hoc tasks for the quality managers.
* Release products according to approved specifications and procedures.
* Monitor contractor compliance via GxP documentation and onsite audits.
* Implement quality methods and procedures to inspect, test and evaluate the accuracy and precision of product and production equipment.
* Collect data and write reports for periodic product reviews, investigations, complaints and non‑compliance issues.
* Distribute applicable documentation to contractors for regulatory, validation and expert review topics.
* Work with cross‑functional internal and external project teams to ensure compliance.
* Respond to technical and quality issues and address scheduling and/or process conflicts.
Qualifications
* Bilingual (Dutch/French); English is an asset.
* Solid experience in this field.
* Master’s or bachelor’s degree in industrial pharmacy or other scientific studies.
* Flexible schedules are a plus and not a concern.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Precision is your middle name.
