Within the Powertrain (Generators and Gas Steam Turbines) team, we are looking for a Field Technician Turbines who wants to develop into a specialist in the field. Have you got the technology bug? * Maintenance Operations: Organize, coordinate, and perform mechanical maintenance on industrial gas and steam turbines.
* Project Preparation: Collaborate with engineers to define the scope, planning, and execution strategy for each maintenance project.
* Flexible Roles: Depending on the assignment, take on responsibilities as a field technician, site supervisor, or both.
* Team Leadership Logistics: As a site supervisor, manage resources, order materials, and lead teams of colleagues and subcontractors.
* Problem Solving Safety: Respond to unplanned incidents, troubleshoot turbine issues hands on, and ensure safety compliance at all times.
