Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* Proficiency in English and French; German is a plus.
* Experience analyzing current business processes and providing evidence‑based solutions.
* Ability to improve productivity and efficiency through actionable recommendations.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills for performance metric analysis.
* Experience in conducting and delivering quantitative research.
* Project management experience from initiation to completion.
