We are a human-centered organisation that believes in our people.Position: Program ManagerResponsabilities:- Program planning and strategy: Develop a strategic plan for the program, including defining objectives, identifying stakeholders, and outlining a timeline for completion.- Resource management: Determine what resources will be required for the program and allocate them accordingly.- Risk management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.- Communication and collaboration: Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders and team members, promoting collaboration and coordination across teams and departments.- Manage program team: Lead the program team, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities- Ensure program quality: Ensure that the program delivers a high-quality product or service that meets the needs of stakeholders.- Program monitoring and evaluation: Track progress, monitor program performance, and evaluate outcomes against established goals and objectives.- Stakeholder management: Engage and manage the expectations of stakeholders, including customers, partners, and other stakeholders.- Continuous improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimise program performance.Skills and Qualifications:- Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent- 7 to 15 years of a proven experience in Program Management- Strive for excellence, can-do attitude- Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audience- Result oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinking- Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks- Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment- Knowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, BPMN, Prince 2, Lean-6 Sigma is an asset- Languages:- Must be able to speak fluently in French AND English,- Dutch is an assetWhat we offer:Our focus is to develop a long-term collaboration with our talented consultants.
