You will join a team that supports the operational crews responsible for managing and maintaining a critical gas infrastructure network. Your role sits at the intersection of operations, asset management, and IT, with a strong focus on long-term asset studies, planned maintenance, digital transformation initiatives, and day-to-day operational support.
You act as the connective tissue between operational stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring that digital solutions genuinely support the field, align with existing processes, and deliver measurable value.
What you'll do
You will work closely with operational teams and IT counterparts to turn business needs into concrete, usable digital solutions.
* You analyse strategic and operational needs within Asset & Maintenance activities.
* You immerse yourself in operational processes, workflows, and pain points to truly understand the business context.
* You document functional requirements, use cases, and improvement opportunities in clear, testable language.
* You identify digital opportunities such as automation, data integration, IoT use cases, or predictive maintenance.
* You act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and IT services.
* You translate business requirements into IT specifications and facilitate alignment between stakeholders, architects, analysts, developers, and end users.
* You coordinate change requests, incidents, questions, and impact analyses.
* You work closely with the IT project lead to track progress, deliverables, quality, and timelines.
* You organise and support functional testing, acceptance testing, and business validation.
* You follow up on incidents, defects, and optimisations after go-live.
* You prepare clear status reports, highlight risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation actions.
What are we looking for?
* You hold a
Master's degree
in
Computer Science, IT Management, Engineering
, or an equivalent field (or equivalent experience at senior professional level).
* You have
5 years of proven experience in project coordination, business analysis, or process management
.
* You have solid knowledge of project management methodologies (
Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid
).
* You have basic but concrete understanding of IT architecture, including
interfaces, data flows, and security principles
.
* You are analytically strong, with a clear focus on process optimisation and problem solving.
* You are hands-on: you detect issues, translate them into actions, follow up, and adjust where needed.
* You are able to bridge operational stakeholders and technical profiles and keep both aligned.
* You communicate clearly and confidently in
English,
both orally and in writing.
Nice to have
* Experience or affinity with
asset management, maintenance processes, or industrial environments

* Knowledge of
SAP PM
